Master TS-2K Lacquer is a two-component water-based floor lacquer approved for sports areas and multi-purpose halls according to the European DS/EN 14904. It offers a strong protection, excellent durability and an incredibly high resistance to heel marks, abrasion and scratches. Master TS-2K Lacquer is also indoor climate labelled, DIBt-approved, approved according to DIN 51130: R9 and fire tested according to EN 12501-1: 2018: Bfl1-S1.Master TS-2K Lacquer is used in combination with WOCA Line Marking which is available in 6 different colours:RAL 1021 YellowRAL 3000 RedRAL 5010 BlueRAL 6029 GreenRAL 9016 White RAL 9017 Black

Gebruik

Application day 1:
Sand with sandpaper or grit 100-120. Vacuum thoroughly and wipe the floor with a cloth/mop heavily wrung in clean water. Let the floor dry for 1-2 hours before applying the WOCA Master Base Primer. Apply the Master Base Primer wet-on-wet and leave it to dry 2-4 hours, depending on humidity.

Mix WOCA Master Classic 2K Hardener and Master TS-2K Lacquer and shake thoroughly. Leave the mixture to stand for ten minutes to allow the hardener to activate and shake thoroughly again. Apply 1-2 coat of Master TS-2K Lacquer. Apply the Lacquer wet-on-wet to avoid overlap. Let the surface dry for 2-4 hours. Ensure good ventilation until the next day.

Application day 2:
De-nip the surface with grit 150-180 and vacuum thoroughly afterwards. Cover with tape along all desired lines and areas. Apply a tape with low adhesive strength. It is important that the tape adheres close to the floor to ensure straight edges. WOCA recommends TESA 4334. For best results, we recommend sealing the tape edges with Master TS-2K Lacquer. Leave it to dry for 1-2 hours (touch dry).

Mix Line Marking and Master Classic 2K Hardener and shake thoroughly. Leave the mixture to stand for ten minutes to allow the hardener to activate and shake thoroughly again. To avoid color differences, different batch no. must be mixed before application. Apply Line Marker with a small lacquer roller 9 mm, foam roller or brush and allow to dry (white and yellow Line marking may need two coats to achieve a full color).
Remove the tape after 2-6 hours after applying Line Marking and let the surface dry for an additional 12 hours as a minimum or until the next day. Ensure good ventilation.

Application day 3:
Mix Master Classic 2K Hardener and Master TS-2K Lacquer and shake thoroughly. Leave the mixture to stand for ten minutes to allow the hardener to activate and shake thoroughly again. Apply a coat of Master TS-2K Lacquer. The finished lacquered floor can be used carefully after approx. 6 hours with good ventilation and is fully hardened after 5 days.
