The shipyard of Holmen, designed by architect C.T. Andersen and built 1866-67, was renovated and forms the frame of 18 exclusive privately owned flats. The beautifully situated building with its distinctive wood construction is gently renovated with respect for traditions and the impressive craftsmanship.
Trip Trap Denmark supplied 1550 square metre solid hardwood planks in oak, which after installation were treated with WOCA Master Oil White as well as 700 square metre solid pine wood plank floor which was pre-finished with lye and oil.
